Pawel Nolbert Makes Painted Typography and It’s Awesome

Warsaw-based designer Pawel Nolbert makes an interesting blend of paint and typography. Pawel created these atheistic pieces by photographing actual paint splatters and merging them with digital illustration techniques. The project is titled Atypical, Pawel describes the series of posters as an exploration of the form and rhythm of letterforms “presented as half-realistic, half-illustrative figurative sculptures.” You can see more on his website, and you can buy the prints on Society6.
