The late Joan Rivers’ Facebook account posted a message saying that the comedian was planning on getting a new iPhone on Friday, despite the fact that she died over two weeks previously. Rivers’ Facebook page has remained active after her death, with messages like the one about tonight’s Fashion Police tribute on E!. But this is the first to emerge with her posthumous first person voice.
The post, which included a picture of an older iPhone, said: “This badass is being replaced by an iPhone 6 (not the fat one). I got this one in 2010, and after 4 years, my only complaint is that apps are now designed for bigger screens, and the battery is getting tired. Never had a case for it, since it was most beautiful on its own. Great achievement in design. Great product. #apple #iPhone #tech”
As usual, people on Twitter immediately started having fun with the story, checkout the tweets:

Woah, @Joan_Rivers is touting the iPhone 6 on her Facebook page. Guess once a deal is in place nothing and I mean nothing can stop it.
