The cast of Jumanji has officially made the jungle.
Dwayne Johnson (Dr. Smolder Bravestone) and Kevin Hart (Moose Finbar) shared the first photo of the team together, with the pair joined costars jungle-exploration Karen Gillan (Ruby Roundhouse) and Jack Black (Professor Shelly Oberon).
Johnson went any criticism of the suit Gillan be more revealing than men’s in writing, “His jungle costume will make sense when the plot is known. Trust me.” Without illustration: co-star Nick Jonas.
“We had an incredible day,” Hart wrote on Instagram. “The chemistry and energy of our cast and crew was beyond amazing !!!! This movie is going to be dope as hell.”
Sony film director Jake Kasdan is shooting in Honolulu and is a continuation of the 1995 film fantasy adventure starring the late Robin Williams.
“The love and respect I have for this man has no limits,” Johnson wrote on Instagram Williams in May. “You have my word, we will honor his name and character ‘Alan Parrish’ will be alone and be immortalized forever in the world of Jumanji of a serious and way cool.”
Sony is set to release the Jumanji July 28, 2017.
