The internet went crazy this week after Kendall Jenner shared a photo to Twitter of herself with noticeably fuller-looking lips.
The 21-year-old model’s picture instantly sparked lip injection rumors as she sat next to sister Kylie – who has admitted to using lip fillers in the past – during an interview to promote their new book.
But Kendall’s 19-year-old sister quickly came to her rescue on social media insisting that it was her make-up handy work and not a cosmetic procedure which caused Kendall’s plumper pout.
The Kylie Cosmetics creator took to Snapchat in an attempt to silence the speculation.
‘You guys, Kendall let me over-line her lips today with lip liner and everyone thinks she got lip injections,’ Kylie confessed.
Kylie’s voice could only be heard in the background and the video showed a visibly annoyed Kendall with a dog filter over her face.
However, by the end of the social media post it looked like Kendall had forgiven her sister as she flashed a smile and laughed.
In the short video the doe-eyed beauty pulled her brunette tresses into a sleek bun, sported a casual sweater and had a face full of make-up.
With the puppy filter nose and tongue blocking a good portion of her lips it was hard to tell if Kendall’s lips had returned to their more usual size.
This comes soon after Kendall reactivated her Instagram account after a week-long break from the social media app.
The Keeping up With The Kardashians star made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last week where she explained why she’d decided to shut down her Instagram page.
‘I just wanted to detox,’ she told the chat show host. ‘I just wanted a little bit of a break.
‘I feel like I would wake up in the morning and I would look at it first thing. I would go to bed and it was the last thing I would look at. I felt a little dependent on it.’
Meanwhile, Kendall and Kylie’s book, Time Of The Twins, is now available on Amazon and at Barnes And Noble.
