TMZ reports that cops have been called to the Pippen residence twice this month after heated arguments erupted.

Scottie filed divorce papers in Florida this week seeking to end the marriage.

Larsa and Future reportedly met in August at an event in Miami.

Said TMZ, and the friendship is being described as “revenge” after NBA star Scottie was seen “openly flirting with an actress last summer, and she felt disrespected.”

“After careful consideration and 19 years together, Larsa and Scottie have each filed for dissolution of their marriage. Although they are no longer to be married, Larsa remains hopeful that she and Scottie will always do what is best for their 4 beautiful children and jointly raise them with love and respect.”

However there are signs that some backpedaling may be taking place.

Page Six reports that a rep for Larsa now “insists the split happened after a fight over his desire to move to Chicago for a job with ESPN—and the couple could still reconcile.”

According to Page Six, sources in the Future’s camp have dismissed allegations that his and Larsa’s relationship is anything more than a friendship as “false rumors.”

Few details were available when news of the split first broke, but court documents obtained by RadarOnline show that Scottie stated the marriage was “irretrievably broken” as grounds for divorce.

According to the documents, the 51-year-old is asking for “ultimate responsibility” of the couple’s four minor children and states that he will file a petition for relocation on their behalf.

The athlete is seeking to move his children from Miami to Chicago, but he states that if the request for relocation is not granted, he’d like the court to award him custody of the children the “majority” of the time.
