The reality TV pair – who began a relationship after appearing on Celebrity Big Brother together – were thought to have broken up after a series of mysterious tweets and deleted pictures on Instagram.
However, confirmed what was really happening, the Geordie Shore star told the Loose Women panel that she and the former Only Way is Essex star were still loved up.
She said: “It’s really tough because we live so far away.
“We had an argument and I deleted every single picture on Instagram. I’m angry and immature, I forget people are looking.
“Things on the outside are very different to how they are in there. We have a completely different relationship. It’s back to basics really.”
She also confirmed she would be going back into the Geordie Shore house despite being with Lewis.
She said: “I have gone in there with a relationship in the past.
“I haven’t cared about anyone as much as I’ve cared about Lewis.”
Marnie came face-to-face with Saira Khan, with who she had an infamous falling out while in Celebrity Big Brother, on the show.
