It’s a brave film company that puts up its trailer on the same day as Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but Aardman are no cowards, so here is the first full look at Shaun The Sheep The Movie. In this expanded adventure, Shaun and his pals decide to take the day off.
That would be fine, except they don’t bother to tell the Farmer where they’re going, causing no end of trouble and leading to the poor, put-upon bloke being carted off to the big city. Shaun and co. must travel to the confusing, chaotic city and help him out.
Plot Summary
StudioCanal and Aardman Animations are teaming up to produce a movie based on one of Aardman’s most popular animated characters – “Shaun the Sheep.”
In the film, when Shaun’s mischief inadvertently leads to the Farmer being taken away from the farm, Shaun, Bitzer and the flock have to go into the big city to rescue him, setting the stage for an epic adventure.
First seen in the Oscar-winning short film “A Close Shave,” the world’s most famous sheep and his flock have been enthralling TV audiences in over 170 countries and has proved to be one of the studio’s most popular and endearing characters.
