Philip Guerrero, a 38-year-old Florida man is facing a charge of misdemeanor battery after he allegedly groped a female Taco Bell employee’s butt through the drive-thru window during fourthmeal Saturday morning.
The Manatee County Sheriff’s office says Philip Guerrero, 38, placed his order at a Bradenton, Fla. Taco Bell around 2.a.m, but when he pulled through to pick up his food, he “exited from his vehicle and reached inside of the window and grabbed the victim’s left butt cheek.”
Guerrero was arrested after the employee filed a report, according to ABC affiliate WWSB, and he was later released on a $500 bond.
