SOLANO, COUNTY – An Amber Alert Issue by Danville Police Department has been issued by the California Highway Patrol for a missing 11 month old child. William Brown was last seen on August 31, 2016 in San Francisco. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, and gray pajamas with sharks on them.
The suspect, Phoebe Haynes, 44, is described as a female African-American, 5′ tall, 180 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a black jacket, skirt and boots. Suspect was last seen driving a 2004 white Acura TL with an unknown license plate. If seen, contact 911 immediately.
