Colin Furze, who works as a plumber by day and awesome garage inventor by night, has created an invention straight out of millions of boys’ (and probably just as many men’s) deepest fantasies – a fully functional set of retractable steel claws modeled after the ferocious X-Men anti-hero, Wolverine.
To the best of our knowledge, this is the first set of automatically deployable and retractable claws that, at least on the wrist, are reasonably discreet. However, the wannabe-Wolverine must wear a pneumatic assembly on their back for the whole thing to work. Check out his awesome claws and the production and design process in the videos below!
