Monica Olsen, a former model and the heroine in the comic book ‘The Unknowns’ found herself in danger when the Wealthy CEO husband, Dino Guglielmelli, put a hit on her.
Monica is facing her estranged husband in a San Fernando, California, court this week, according to sources of close to the issue. It all started when their marriage of 11 years started to disintegrate. Dino Guglielmelli, 52, was apparently infuriated when he found out that Monica returned to work by posing in sexy lingerie.
According to sources, “Guglielmelli told her she needed to stay home and care for their daughters,”. “By now Monica was concerned for her own safety. His anger was uncontrollable” sources said.
Guglielmelli was the CEO of Creations Garden, the natural products company that made Olsen’s Skin beauty products.
He would allegedly rather see her dead than with pockets full of alimony from his multimillion-dollar empire. Last year, the businessman asked his friend and associate to kill the brunette beauty for $80,000, according to court documents.
But that friend, Richard Fuhrmann, wasn’t up for the task. He claims he recorded their conversations about the alleged proposal and handed the incriminating tapes to police.
He vehemently rejects the allegations and pleaded not guilty. Defense attorney Anthony Brooklier accuses Fuhrmann of setting up his old pal.
“I think when you hear the tapes, when the jury hears the tapes,” Brooklier said, “you’ll understand he was manipulated by somebody who was trying to help himself.”
