Endangered Person Advisory Issued For 13-Year-Old Missouri Girl

DENT COUNTY, MISSOURI – The Dent County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing 13-year-old girl. Harley M. Hopper was last seen at 5730 MO-19 in Salem, Missouri about 1:25 a.m. Thursday.

She is a white female, 5’03, 220 lbs with black hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a blue striped shirt, blue jeans and cowboy boots.

Harley is believed to be with 22-year-old Kenneth Dylan Whitehead. He is a white male, 5’06, 187 lbs with brown hair and green eyes.

A witness says the 13-year-old left her residence with a backpack and entered the suspect vehicle, a white older model GMC full size pickup bearing unknown registration.

The sheriff’s office reports a witness saw Harley Hopper leave her home in rural Salem early Thursday, and get into a White older model GMC full size pickup. Investigators believe the truck was driven by Kevin Whitehead, 22. The truck was last seen headed north on Missouri Highway 19 near Salem.

Police say Whitehead could have ties to the Sullivan area or the state of Ohio.
