But these days, he’s 24 years old and doing boyfriend-y things with Meghan Trainor. Like posting selfies in unicorn onesies and giving Meghan romantic shout outs on Instagram.
This is the first show of PDA we’ve seen from Meghan since she infamously made out with Charlie Puth at the 2015 American Music Awards, sentencing the pop stars to a lifetime of fandom shipping even though they both swore it was purely platonic. But now that you’ve seen these pics, it might finally be time to accept that Megarlie are just friends.
I mean, Daryl even captioned a pic with Meghan with three heart emojis.
Charlie who? I’m really feeling Meghan and Daryl as a couple. Maybe we can get a Spy Kids 5? (Yes, there are already four Spy Kids.) If Meghan isn’t into the acting thing, she could at least perform a song at the end. Anyone remember “Game Over”? Childhood classic.
