US Airways has apologized tonight after a graphic photo showing a naked woman in a sexual position with a toy plane was tweeted to a customer.
We apologize for an inappropriate image recently shared as a link in one of our responses. We’ve removed the tweet and are investigating.

The offensive image was tweeted from the US Airways account to a customer making a complaint about their service. The image was accompanied by a message, which read: “We welcome feedback, Elle. If your travel is complete, you can detail here for review and follow up.”
